I don’t believe in the market.
I don’t believe that the selling price should be determined by supply and demand.
We are talking about nutrition and respect should be mutual.
The producer should be honest enough to charge only as much as he needs to cover his work expense and the consumer should be equally honest and not only consider price in his choice.
I sell direct because I am producing, processing and selling exclusively my own products, which are fully checked and certified organic, biodynamic and Vegan.
As a strategy I suggest an advance order of approximate quantities at the beginning of the harvest, which is confirmed later on, according to the quality and the type of product chosen.
I’m not interested in selling alone, but in stable relationships with guaranteed production and delivery at fair prices and appropriate quality.

White Wine IGT LAZIO Trebbiano

	Litres: 150.000 Grape variety: Trebbiano Toscano; Trebbiano Giallo Vintage: Current vintage Alcohol degree: 11,50 - 12,50 % vol.	Brilliant light yellow colour. Lively airy nose of yellow delicious apple, yeast, pineapple and white blossoms. Very lively in the mouth, yet lasting and subtle. Surprisingly measured with deep body; soft and delicate finish.

Red Wine IGT LAZIO Sangiovese

	Litres: 130.000 Grape variety: Sangiovese Vintage: Current vintage Alcohol degree: 11,50 - 13,00 % vol.	Vibrant ruby red colour. Complexity, fascination and softness in the nose: marasca cherry and cherry fruit with underlying liquorice. Full and crispy in the mouth with considerable dimension, cherry and marasca cherry fruits return in a wonderful and subtle finish.

	Litres: 45.000 Grape variety: Merlot Vintage: Current vintage Alcohol degree: 11,50 - 13,50 % vol.	Deep garnet red colour. Very open and warm but measured nose: sour cherry and liquorice root alternate in a yet dry but extremely vital interplay. The bitterness of the tannins in the mouth is well dosed and supports a clean and lasting finish.

Harmonious, already quite open nose: a mixture of chocolate, undergrowth and marasca cherry create a delightful combination. Lively and juicy in the mouth with good acidity, reveals a dynamic yet subtle finish.

Grappa
